CAPACITY BUILDING ON THE TOPIC OF SOCIAL PROJECT PROPOZAL DRAFTING

Tuesday, May 11^th , 2011, Hilfswerk Austria in Moldova, in partnership with the charity fund “Blue Bird” from Bender, has organized the first training in the cycle of Network of Day Care Centers for children with disabilities Capacity Building on the topic of “Social project proposals drafting: particularities of the projects related to children with SEN”. This training was specifically designed for the beginners level, providing in-depth analysis of the project proposal context, used vocabulary, project structure, activity plan and time-schedule. More particularly the modern approached on logical framework elaboration and identification of indicators, means of their verification and assumptions were presented and discussed. All the participants, mainly from the transnistrian region were familiarized with the up to date information and evaluated this practical exercise as very useful one. It has been identified that the next cycle seminar shall focus more specifically on project budget drafting.

Also in frames of this training the charity fund “Blue Bird” from Bender has presented their programs: volunteers club, mother’s club, art programme for vulnerable youth, the progress on renovation of the Day care center, etc.

This seminar was organized in frames of the project „Development and promotion of network of rehabilitation centers for children with special educational needs (SEN) in Moldova” which is supported by ERSTE Foundation (www.erstestiftung.org).
