Hilfswerk Austria is one of Austria's leading organizations for development cooperation and humanitarian aid to Eastern Europe. Within the scope of Hilfswerk Austria we provide worldwide assistance to people in need. We finance our projects through national and international project funding for development cooperation and disaster relief as well as through private donations and sponsoring.

CMB Training Center is in charge of the Training component within this project.
Organizing Training of Trainers program on Vote Mock Elections Methodology for 35 local trainers.
Co-facilitating 6 Vote Mock Elections at the district level, 12 Vote Mock Elections at the village level and 10 workshops for Moldovan NGOs in order to disseminate the methodology.
Experience in the field: CMB Training Center has experience in implementation and delivery of training services both Nationally and Internationally. Internationally, CMB team provided training and consultancy for:

• Providing Training of Trainers for the National Team of trainers, READ (Rural Education and Development project), World Bank Project, Mongolian Education Alliance and Mongolian Ministry of Education.
• Providing Liberian Teacher Training Program (LTTP), for Liberian Ministry of Education, in Liberia, West Africa within the Teacher Training Program, Education Support Program of OSI London;
• At Large Advisory Committee of Internet Corporation for Names and Numbering (ICANN), USA – Organizational Development;
• DiploFoundation, Malta within Internet Governance Capacity Building Program.

Nationally, CMB Training Center has a rich experience in conducting numerous training programs for NGOs, International Organizations, Schools and Local Public Administration, Local Museums, Business Community, other. (http://www.cmb.md/en/)

CMB team training methodology/approach is based on RWCT Methodology (Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking) - a new interactive teaching methodology implemented by RWCT International Consortium (www.rwct.net) in more than 30 countries around the world.

The Alliance of Access to Information and Training Community Centres of Moldova (Alliance INFONET) acts as a information and dissemination partner, given it network of local/community based Centers.
