VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT: TRAINING ON ELABORATION OF PROJECT PROPOSAL
In October-December 2009 ADR-Centru on demand of Hilfswerk Austria in Moldova has organized a series of thematic trainings dedicated to elaboration of project proposals in central region of Moldova (Soldanesti, Telenesti, Orhei, Rezina). Training composed of 4 modules targeted on strengthening of knowledge and training of participants (LPAs, NGOs, educational institutions, business, etc) in elaboration of project proposal according to modern requirements. For training participants attendance of training demonstrated to be useful and provocateur experience targeted on obtaining final tangible produce – and namely elaboration of concrete project proposal. Current trainings were successful due to the priority topic and real needs of participants and namely local community development and access to structural funds. Total number of participants reached 165 persons from 4 raions of Moldova. Trainings were actively supported by the Raional Councils which contributed to the selection of participants and provided in-kind contribution of venues. Almost all participants expressed their satisfaction with the training results, requesting for future organization of similar trainings on various topics.
The main training aim was as well to train the potential applicants for the SGP-round III which is expected to be announced in the beginning of 2010.
